The linen and towels were old, tornly and dirty. There were many insects in room and there were not an air conditioner.

Our stay in Kharkov was fantastic! The location of the hotel was perfect, with a beautiful view of the city. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. One day, we were pleasantly surprised to find a giant watermelon outside our room - a thoughtful gesture by the maid. The hotel also offered a laundry service, which, although expensive, delivered clean and nicely done clothes. The hotel truly catered to international travelers and we felt well taken care of. we highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Kharkov.

Very helpful and friendly hotel in the heart of Kharkov. Good facilities, clean and tidy.

Outside seating area for the restaurant was quite comfortable. Food in restaurant was ok.

Staff were unfriendly and nosy, consistently asking us what we were doing in town. Lifts were tiny and nowhere near sufficient to service a hotel of that size. We were not able to put our bill from our restaurant onto room bill and had to pay separately....completely bizarre as the restaurant is a part of the hotel and is where we eat breakfast. The decor in our room was very dated.....1980s pastels heavily influenced by Cindy Lauper and Madonna! There was no bar....or at least there was but they didn't want you to sit at it. You had to pay for the Wifi by the hour and when my wife and I were using it we both received alerts from our security software telling us that someone was trying to access our laptops. This may or may not have been related to the wifi but we couldn't understand why when we bought the tokens they wanted to know which room we in. We checked out and moved to the Chichikov which is a completely different story...small but excellent hotel with an amazing restaurant and chef and incredibly friendly staff!

I had a great experience staying in a newly decorated double room with a balcony, and the staff were really helpful and competent.

The location in the city center is great, as it is close to the subway, a convenience store, and places of interest, and the food offers a nice variety of local options.

Basic room and thin blinds meant wake up call at 4am with sun shining through.

I recently stayed at this hotel in the center of the city for a few days and had a great experience. The staff was extremely helpful and even spoke English, which was a relief for me as I don't speak Russian. The room rates were affordable and the restaurant waiters were polite and attentive. The location was ideal, with the metro, Sumskaya street, and Shevchenko park all within walking distance. There was also a supermarket and currency exchange in the same building, making it convenient for any needs. The hotel even allowed us to use a separate room as a workspace when we needed it. I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel.

Located in the heart of the city center within walking distance to the Gorky park and the nearest metro station, this hotel provides an ideal base for exploring the area. the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, air conditioning, and clean bathrooms. the staff are helpful with translations and taxis. Breakfast is offered at an affordable price, but there are also many great dining options nearby. the hotel provides a great value for the price and its location is unbeatable.
